MarchTwentyTwo | Brand Identity Design
In 2014 my business partner Laura Piera and I decided to create a textile design studio called MarchTwentyTwo. Laura lives in Barcelona and I live in Melbourne and both of us were born on that date.
LOGOTYPE DESIGN
I wanted to create a logotype that viasually represented our personality, energy and vibrancy, expressed through high contrast, bold and rounded edges.
SWING TAGS
I came up with the tagline "the best quality goods always make you happy" to be featured on our swing tags, also displaying my own custom font design with the same name MarchTwentyTwo.
ORIGINAL FRAMED TEXTILE ARTWORK
Once the vector logotype design was approved, I created a hand-embroidered version of the logotype to be displayed along a custom textile design which we framed.
2 x limited edition scarves
Under our own label, we designed and produced 2 limited edition scarfs called Marimurtra and La Lió. Additionally, we produced hand-made cotton baskets like the one displayed above.
