For my solo exhibition at
Centre d’Art La Panera I created an artwork representative of the Catalan culture called
In Love or Not! featuring Cava which is sparkling wine made with native grapes.
Inspired by the font
Poster designed by Iñigo Jerez , I drew the word “chin, chin” followed by a condensed version of the word “cava”.
While doing research for this artwork, I found a sentence by Coco Chanel that says: “I only drink champagne in two occasions, when I am in love and when I am not” so I did my personal adaptation for this artwork.
Chin chin!
